This Privacy Policy explains what information GamerHosts (operated by Girard Media) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the GamerHosts website and apps.

Account information: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), gamertag, and profile details you add.

Competitive activity: teams, event registrations, match results, scores, XP, and leaderboard standings.

Inquiries: information you submit through our contact, enterprise, partner, or sponsor forms.

Connected accounts: if you link Discord or a game-platform account, we receive basic profile and stats data from those services.

Technical data: log data such as IP address, device and browser type, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• ▸Publicly: your gamertag, profile, team, and competitive results are visible to other users as part of how tournaments work.
• ▸Service providers: hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
• ▸Integrations you enable, such as Discord.
• ▸When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the platform.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We keep non-essential tracking to a minimum. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account, after which we remove or anonymize personal data except where we must retain it for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

GamerHosts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

GamerHosts may process and store data in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer data, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
